- Retail, foodservice and industrial strategy and business development.
- Strategic negotiation with key decision makers within customers, vendors and service providers
- Responsible for the business unit performance, P&L and budget management
- Management of a team of 27 of which 5 direct reports
- Member of the Board of Directors: Dole Packaged Foods Europe SAS (France), Master Fruit (Serbia) and Sierra Tropical Ltd (Sierra Leone)
- Manage communication with senior management in US and Singapore WW HQ
- Turnaround of the business from a stagnating revenue and negative profit to a YOY 10% revenue
- growth and 8% average ebit.
- Implementation of new European sales and marketing organization with focus on brand, channel
- and new product development
- Increase product portfolio through third party production sites in Greece, Spain, UK and Serbia
- (Launch of new plastic ambient fruit pouches and frozen fruit ranges).

- 3.5K Stores), Mercadona (Spain, 1.6K Stores). Representing +$16 Million Revenue
- Driving role in joint venture in Serbia for Frozen Fruit ($15 Million investment) and
- implementation of fruit processing factory in Africa for the European market ($50 Million
- investment)
- Middle East market successful launch of Dole branded products in Saudi Arabia, Iran and UAE
