To support the Managing Director of a global business advice company, operating in Belgium and West-Africa, we are looking for a freelance personal assistant.
Being the right hand of our founder, your tasks will consist of (but not limited to)
- Daily mailbox maintenance and pro-active handling of the incoming information (approx 1 to 2h/day).
- Telephone contacts with clients/providers
- Updating contacts and adding new contacts pro-actively
- Daily follow-up on agenda scheduling and handling irregularities pro-actively
- Printing and checking incoming invoices and presenting them to our Managing Director
- Gathering all necessary information and preparing drafts for workshops as back-up for Backoffice
- Follow-up on deliveries and reporting irregularities
Your profile:
- Open to learn to grow and improve
- Interested in a long term commitment (minimum 2-3 years)
- Result-driven (instead of hour-driven)- Hands-on and down to earth
- Punctual and effective
- Very time efficient
- Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French
- Diplomatic and experience with business people C-level
- Flexible in handling and acting
- Reception and telephone skills
- Own transportation to reach our office in Steenokkerzeel
- Availability: daily 1 to 2 hours, in consensus with the Managing Director
